Description
A Climate Cafe is a facilitated gathering place where supportive connections are made through sharing our feelings about the climate crisis.
At our Café there is no guest speaker, no advice given, no call for action. Instead, you’ll find a supportive, facilitated conversational space for people to gather and share thoughts and feelings in response to the climate crisis. Here you can voice concerns that may not be welcomed or echoed elsewhere in your daily life.
There may be laughter, there may be tears. There may be fear, there may be anger. Whatever you’re feeling is okay and valued. And it’s fine just to listen. Sharing, listening and being quiet together are all part of our Café.
Two special PSC Climate Cafes will run during Climate Action Week, to provide a safe space between Climate Action Week events for participants to shift from actions, solutions and agendas to feelings and deep conversations.
Please join us for one of our 2 x Climate Cafes to connect, share and reflect on the climate crisis.
The two cafes will be in person, at the locations listed below
