Biographical Info My background is in Melbourne based social and community work, climate change and environmental activism / projects and in my mid 30's I was naturally drawn to settle into therapeutic practice. As a Psychotherapist / Counsellor I have a natural affinity with person-centred, process experiential and bodily oriented approaches and I like to support and nurture a client's unique inner knowing. I am also a Teacher in Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation with The Gawler Foundation, a member of the Meditation Association of Australia, and I am an Educator of the Butekyo Based Breathing Therapy, developed by John and Jocelyn Wilson. I grew up in the south west of Western Australia, Noongar country, where I spent much of my childhood freely roaming the beautiful and wild Australian bush and beaches. These early experiences have shaped and influenced me deeply, and I draw inspiration from the natural world as a foundation to my work. I currently live on the south coast of NSW, Yuin country, in the small picturesque town of Milton. My hope is to offer the best of what I continue to learn and experience, in service to my community and our precious planet, as we all face this uncertain time in history together.
