Biographical Info I’m a Melbourne-based registered clinical psychologist who is passionate about building individual and community emotional resilience. I completed psychology training in 2006 and my early career focused on developing therapeutic skills for working with trauma, mental health conditions and common life challenges like loss and grief. I have an active practise of mindfulness and self-compassion, finding both beneficial for staying connected and nourished while facing the emotional terrain of the climate emergency. I currently work at RMIT university in mental wellbeing initiatives and work therapeutically 1 day a week in private practice.
