At PSC, our people are the heart of our work. We’re building a culture that challenges the norms of extractive workplaces. We choose collaboration over hierarchy, reflection over ego, and generosity over ownership. We’re not just supporting regenerative communities, we’re becoming one.
Our staff, board, volunteers and members bring a depth of experience in climate psychology, facilitation, systems change, climate justice and science, frontline action, storytelling and community care.
We’re leaders at the emergent edge of a complex territory.
Our board guides PSC with vision, integrity
and dedication to a safe climate.
