I am a climate science facilitator, a communications executive for Conservation Volunteers Australia and a passionate yoga and meditation teacher. As a communications professional, I am particularly interested in how scientists, engineers and advocates for climate action are affected emotionally – at an exponential pace – by what the United Nations defines as the 'Biggest Threat Humans Have Ever Faced". As a Climate Aware Practitioner, certified Mental Health First Aider and Yoga Instructor, I use yoga, mindfulness and regenerative sustainability to support people distressed by climate change and the collapse of biodiversity – individually and in groups. I am also a Climate Fresk facilitator.
