I am a psychologist who works with leaders in the conservation and environment sector and I deliver executive coaching and leadership development workshops on climate and cultural change. I work with federal, state and local government agencies as well as corporate and not for profit organisations. I am keen to help leaders implement psychological resilience educational programs within their organisation or community so their people can have the psychological and emotional resilience to adapt and respond to climate change. To consult with leaders on the best ways to build climate resilience into their work cultures when faced with climate crisis events.
