I'm a Parent Coach, Professional Member of the Australian Association of Family Therapists & Mum to 2 boys. I've been supporting parents since 2007. I share evidence based strategies grounded in attachment theory (the science of parent-child relationships) along with plenty of emotional support. I've been involved in the Environmental movement since late 1980s first with Friends of the Earth, and most recently with Australian Parents for Climate Action. As parents we care deeply about our child's future. I support parents with feelings of grief, overwhelm and hopelessness they might be feeling about our Climate Reality; as well as help parents build a strong healthy relationship with their child which is the foundation of the resilience we all need for the future.
